Pre-publish security scan

When you reach the publish dialog's review step, Startbase automatically scans your app files and settings for security issues: exposed secrets, unsafe patterns, risky configuration. Findings are ranked High, Warning, and Info, each with the file and line and a Fix button that sends the finding to the agent.

• A clean scan shows "No issues found" with the number of files checked.
• High-risk findings show a banner and a "Fix all high findings" shortcut.
• The scan is advisory: it never blocks publishing, but reviewing High findings before going live is strongly recommended.
